A variety of UK bayonet light socket plugs and adaptors. These were popular in the 40's, 50's and early 60's when domestic sockets were few and you could take out a light bulb and just plug in your appliance (radio, record player, iron. kettle) It was not the safest thing to do as you could easily overload the system.
