33 117 at Clapham Junction. Feb 1983.

33 117 slowly emerges from the washer road with a 4TC set forming 5Y19 the 14.57 London Waterloo to Clapham Yard. The train would have reached Waterloo as 1L08 the 13.10 ex Salisbury. The loco is actually running with the correct headcode B6 London Waterloo to Clapham Junction via the Windsor lines. So often a short ECS move of this type would see two white blanks used as they were easier to wind up being next to the two red blanks.
