31460+31449 1M65 Teignmouth 17th June 1989

31460 piloting 31449 up Teignmouth sea wall on the 1M65, 17th June 1989. 31449 was producing a lot of clag, but I have no notes that 31460 was shut down. They had previously worked the 1V46 down, the had been swapped with 31446 and the dead 31437, which were diagrammed for this service. (p064-07f)
