another one of my favorite holidays, yet not even remotely for what the holiday actually means.
this year it meant a splash pool, bucket full of things that squirt and mostly ended up broken, fireworks on the lawn against regulations, and clearly, lots of glowy stuff - on top of the prerequisite great food and great people.
