Clear Lake, Colorado (In Explore)
Today we took off out of Silverton and went on a nice four-wheel drive trail up to Clear Lake. We had our cameras ready to shoot and I brought a couple of poles to fish at the lake. There were a couple of views looking back into the valley that were just amazing, and we took a lot of pictures on the way to the lake.
When we got to the end of the trail, we saw this beautiful lake waiting for us. I took a couple of pictures and quickly ran back and grabbed my pole. It took about 30 minutes to get the right set up on my fishing pole, and then the fish started biting. I was in heaven, and I ended up catching five gorgeous trout. The catch of the day was a 16-inch brook trout. I'd love to come back here again some time and do it again.
