Mimosa Bloom
There were quite a lot of mimosa trees in bloom along the Arkansas River on our trip today. The pink flowers really stand out while driving along the river. When we got to the dam near Ft. Gibson, I took a side trip down from the parking lot to capture these unique flowers. I just love the delicate petals. A lot of the blooms are starting to wither up, but I was able to find a couple that looked like this one. Happy clicking!
