Ward Lake Pond

This is a natural pond in the Ward Lake area. The heat from this summer has lowered the level of the water this year and the lily pads have really taken over. The pond is a short hike from the campground and we like to hike through the area every year. My dog, Violet, loves the area too. She gets to swim and cool down when we go by the ponds.
