Butte Lake Sunrise, Lassen Volcanic National Park

After hearing a bear foraging outside of my tent during the night, I woke up early and couldn't back too sleep. I got up and shot the sunrise at Butte Lake. The campground is right next to this lake and it is a popular swimming, boating, and fishing location. (I will say I got skunked at the fishing.) Instead of seeing a bear, I saw a group of deer feeding on the shoreline after I shot this picture. It was a great way to start the day.
