Color Changing Glass - "Alexandrite"

I picked this up at the Salvation Army the other day and I realized that it changed colors as I moved to different parts of the store. It is purple-ish in natural light and Incandescent, and blue when in fluorescent light. Does anyone know what kind of glass this is?
