Projects at the Port of Mobile in AL using Energy Chain cable carrier system

The McDuffie Coal Terminal in Mobile, Alabama uses an Energy Chain® cable carrier system from igus® for a reclaimer: a large machine used in bulk material handling applications. The Energy Chain System® performs a 330° rotary slewing motion and was chosen because of its rugged design and special, self-cleaning trough.
