Friday alternative version

Seen through my window

 

Taking this series has made me consider how much we edit and why we edit things. Most of Friday the sky was like this: really, really boring. The clip I showed before for Friday was comparatively dramatic.

 

If the videos were shot all at exactly the same time of day it would remove much of the personal judgement, but then most of them would not be worth posting. But life is mundane, and for me this video clip is just long enough to induce that sense in the viewer.

 

I left the birds in partly to answer the question "Is this video working?" and partly because if it was totally blank why show a video, rather than a photograph?
