A IHB Potash Train moves into Dolton,IL with a new CIT re-built GP38-2 and a 3GS21B for IHB power. The "3" stands for the number of engines (3) at 700HP apiece. The "GS21" stands for Gen-ship series 21 and "B" stands for four axles. You never know what is going to come thru Dolton. This was a colorful train to say the least.
