Palenose Parrotfish (Scarus psittacus) & Bluestreak Cleaner Wrasse (Labroides dimidiatus)

This gorgeous parrotfish is swimming parallel to the ocean floor. The reason doubtless has something to do with the cleaner wrasse you can see towards the bottom of the midsection of the fish. Cleaner wrasse “service” larger fish by picking off and consuming ecto-parasites. An unusual symbiotic relationship.
