Report of Showwheels 'Streeter' polished wheels from New Zealand Mopar Forum online:
" I run a set of 17x8 showwheel streeters on my vg valiant stud pattern and they're awesome. Get heaps of comments from tire shops due to the fact that they are looking like boyd coddington style rims.
Scored mine from rarespares in christchurch but also recommend asking Bradley at hemi performance in Nelson to score them for you as he might be able to get better price for them.
Awesome style of magnut too so you dont need lock nuts as you cant fit a normal wheelbrace or socket on the nuts unless you have the special tool first.
I strongly recommend them to any valiant or ford/holden enthusiast as they really enhance the look of any ride old skool or new.
The guys at rare spares are helpful too as i was skeptical that 17x8 wheels would fit under the vg without rubbing, but the rarespares guys said they wont and also i was told that 18x8 were quite popular for old vals too but i didn't like the pricing on 18 inch tyres compared to the ever popular 17's.
I love the mags as they compliment the valiant so much. turns heads all the time young and old". (December 10, 2010)
