I am totally devastated and heartbroken

A moments lack of concentration, my camera fell from my desk onto a soft carpeted floor but the lens is totally ruined, I am so depressed. Oh well I have had the rescue remedy and the geranium oil and the hot cup of tea, now to deal with our insurance, only I very much think our excess might be the cost of the lens, fingers crossed. sigh
