In retrospect interesting. At the time, my limited knowledge of yoga was being tested. They wanted me to concentrate on the dot in the picture which is a light and transfer the force of the guy in the picture as an eternal force.. bit like charging your phone but in a god like way. I couldn't do it not for the guy in the picture. It just reminded me of the interior of Indian restaurant in Tooting.
