Narrow corner tower and appartments

A pair of two buildings with non-conforming sizes, that together form a 48x32 corner module. They share the baseplates, but are separate buldings, with no structure shared between them. Both buldings house a shop at ground level, with stairs going all the way up for the appartments above.
