Aft form

This form is attached with temporary drywall screws to the aft pilothouse bulkhead with the crown 76" above the cabin sole keel line. The first use of this form was to cut the aft pilothouse bulkhead tops via a template router bit. Next I used this form and its forward counterpart to scribe and cut the top edge of the recently installed head bulkhead.

The red fabric warns me to duck my head under the form. The hash marks on the form are the number of times to date I have hit my head on a form.

* Edit. 1/10/2013: The forms have been removed. The final head strike count was 9 and mostly occurred on the forward form. Not sure what OSHA calls a head strike so I defined it as an event requiring much profanity and vigorous rubbing of the impact area.
