Laying out the interior
Port side looking forward is pictured.
So I says to myself, "where do I start". My pondering leads to the obvious, take all meaurements off the pilothouse keel center line. Since the dinnette table will drop down between the seats to form a berth, I need to make sure that the two dinnette seats are parallel to each other.
I'm delighted to now be in an environment where work is not on a rigid sequential path such as bottom work. Depending on my mood, I can hop around to various parts of the boat such as ceiling strips, pilot house cabinet work and/or tasks in the cockpit area.
I'm digging through my Joubert plywood scrap pile to ferret out panels for the interior structures. This is going to be much fun seeing the interior take shape.
