Re-installing the casters
Rolling the boat took two minutes. Putting the casters on took 30 minutes. I had strengthened the caster mounting points but failed to understand that it made threading on mounting bolts more awkward.
I also was fumbling with finding a jack point to raise the frame for caster installation. The proper answer was to cut a notch into the plywood gusset at the diaganol intersection of the bottom and topside frame. Shame to now be so smart when it is doubtful I will have an opportunity to again put this recently acquired knowledge to use.
