Space Vortex Draft 1* (2019)

Space Vortex .

The foreground scene with planet, sun and particle vortex stream rendered as a scene with as a single image with background. The star field was composited into the background in Photoshop using an alpha channel mask in the same layer as the main scene.

 

*I have taken the liberty to replace the original version which had a slight flaw with masking which led to some dark areas on the globe. Here is the original: www.flickr.com/gp/35262576@N06/728i5F
