Johnny Cecotto

So successful was Johnny Cecotto in the E30 M3 that in 1989 BMW produced a special version of the car in his honor. A limited number of 480 "Cecotto Editions" were produced and were marked by a specially numbered plaque in the center console bearing Johnny's signature.
