Today Flanshaw Road Primary School, a school of just over 350 students from Waitakere, in New Zealand took part in the 350 global climate change campaign. The 'green dream' team has designed and planted a nature walk in the school, and wanted to participate in the day.
The students are proudly holding their recycled, reusable and self-decorated 'Bags Not' shopping bags with messages and images about looking after our planet and 350. 'Bags Not' is part of the campaign to make Waitakere City the first New Zealand city to rid itself of plastic bags.
