As I wrote yesterday already, nature can be so incredibly powerful in all senses. You got to love it. Once 3-4,000 Barnacle Geese (Branta leucopsis) decide to lift up and fly right into your direction it's like watching a film from BBC's Planet Earth series in 3D and in super slow motion. What an amazing sight and what a wonderful noise.
Now this image is taken just before they all rise up. You can see some wave-like effects in the back, now those are the first geese going up. Due to the slow shutter speed, almost a full second, the effect is what it is...
