Pancake at Pfunky Griddle

So Pfunky Griddle is the coolest. They bring you unlimited pancake batter, and you cook your own pancake on electric griddles that have been built into each table. Awesome! Thanks to Katie at boredinnashville.blogspot.com for posting about it on her blog...that's why I went there.

 

Pfunky Griddle is on Bransford Ave near 100 Oaks in Nashville. It's a tiny place, so be prepared to wait.
