Afghan construction workers dismantle a HESCO wall in preparation for a new building aboard Forward Operating Base Delhi in Garmser, Afghanistan, April 2, 2011. U.S. Marines with 2nd Battalion, 1st Marines, Regimental Combat Team 1, hired the workers to help with employment for Afghan citizens and the local economy. The Regiment is deployed to the Helmand Province while in support of the International Security Assistance Force.
