O' Bluebeard wythe allr thou dores of woe,
theke kastel aren derken ond sombrous,
thine lake of tears isti hwaet realle togs at thee strings of thee heart,
O' gentil! 'lake of tears', may'st youre drops hit naht my paws ashore,
end bids naht to ask why?
sufferyng eyes a mist,
burstyng with moore wav's for thou awaityng shor's,
aerial wav's suspend'd thoughts of trust a new,
thy paus'd breeze with e'er so icy hues,
wash'st apond thee soft'y causes many placid blues,
thy dew of thee driftyng lake sooth's,
now ov'r flow'th to thy fountainous rivers and e'er expandyng streames,
tying to keepe thyself afloat 'O lake of tears,
O'how art circumfluous thou art is,
wit thous waters sew'd of sadness all a bliss,
always askyng for a sampel,O' lake of tears,
thy shall nought rendere onto thine's destructive forc's 'tis,
thou shor's of lung forgott'n lore,
O'lake of tears allway's askyng,
butan nevere givyng up,
naht ev'n a err swote mere drop,
O'lake of tears thee day shallye comen,
when'st thee languid aires of thy spher's boven,
shallen dry'st thee up,
thee desserts of thy sands,
thy day whenst thou's matin prime will beit'st andswaru'd,
loudly as thee chariots trupets echo's,
dost thou still naght hear?
as thy creatur's inside thee dy'st awaye,
with thous musty smells of lamentyng sorrows dolce.
