The Rainbow Street in Iceland is a vibrant and colourful street located in the heart of Reykjavic. At the top is the famous Hallgrimskirkja church.
In addition to its aesthetic appeal the Rainbow Street is also a cultural hub of the city and home to several annual festivals and events such as the Reykjavic pride parade which celebrates LBGTQ rights and diversity.
The shot was taken late morning, though you wouldn't think so. Daylight hours are short in Iceland in winter!
