The Ultimate War Chariot is one of the most bizarre weapons of war ever created. Stemming from the most ancient line of war vehicles in all of history, the first Osirian war chariots were wonder weapons of the ancient world, fast and maneuverable. They evolved over time to include armor, some of the world's first motorized combat vehicles, to armed trucks, and now to the fastest land combat vehicle on the planet.
Developed recently by the esteemed and very ancient Qedesh Design Bureau, also known as the "Wheels of Horus," the current war chariot began development in 1976 and incorporates some of the world's most advanced automotive technology. Its powerful engine can propel it at speeds up to 200mph on all-terrain wheels and tires; nitrous oxide boosters can push it even further. With little to no armor stopping mainly only small arms fire and some larger calibers, the vehicle comes primed with an ejection seat for both the driver and the "bowman," the missile gunner. It is armed with two 25mm autocannons as well as sixteen anti-tank heat-seeking missiles in a large launcher on top.
The Ultimate War Chariot is in use exclusively by the Osirian Army, as the Marines will be getting their own, very different chariot soon. Chariot drivers are extremely fierce, brave and skilled, as they pilot one of the most dangerous and deadly vehicles known to man.
