Tycho Brahe Museum, Ven (4)
The Tycho Brahe observatory "Stjärneborg", the first in the world. The entire observatory was built underground to protect from the strong winds on the island. Since the telescope was not yet invented (it arrived a few years later with Galileo Galilei) all instruments were constructed for naked eye observations.
