Yesterday, I did a walk through with our tenant...they are moving out and we are moving in.
Mr G was along to help but all he did was zoomies through the yard,ripping out dead plants and generally getting into mischief.
He will be 'great help' in the garden...and there is an overwhelming amount of gardening coming up,after being absentee owners for the past 4 years.
Notice that our grass is actually greener in winter.
