Art? 13/365

Wanting to learn more about contemporary art, I joined the Contemporary Art Society. The events diary (very interesting) arrived today, together with a piece of concrete said to be a limited edition piece. Now I am not too sure about this. I am, on the whole, not a fan of concrete, So, is this art?
