Room for rent in my Lefferts Garden apartment, available September 15th. New roommate would have the option of choosing a small room or a large room, price reflects size of the room.
Both rooms get great light from south facing windows, small room is 10.5' x 9', large room is 11' x 16.5'. Small room does not have a closet, however there is a large closet in the living room area that goes with the small room.
Apt is two blocks from the Parkside Q train, two blocks from the Winthrop 2 and 5 trains, and 5 blocks from Prospect Park Q, B, and S trains. Two blocks from Prospect Park, one block from the grocery store, lots of great cafes and bars in the area. There is laundry in the building.
You must have proof of employment, good credit, a non smoker, take Covid-19 seriously, and in general just be a considerate chill person.
