This was commissioned by FEARnet to be handed out as a paper zombie mask. You can't get them online - only at your friendly neighborhood Best Buy, Circuit City and a few other places.

FEARnet is one of the coolest Horror Movie OnDemand sites I've ever seen. I'm stoked that I got to do something for them.
