Not a day for photography; no light whatsoever, but a grand walk nevertheless.
First time up Yarlside in ages and what a steep bugger it is. Straight up the side from the Cross Keys.....I don't think I've had that many stops climbing a hill, ever!
Our route back crosses the top of the image, so we looked down on the long abandoned farm. What a place to live!
