The Great Mountain Chase

My entry for the The Great Mountain Chase contest.

 

This is the version I would've submitted if there wasn't a restriction on 'IP' parts (e.g: the police-chief's hat is from the Lego Movie sets, and therefore not allowed, for some reason). My final version had some different faces and pieces, but this is the version I prefer.
