Hummer H1
I guess I have to include the Hummer for the sake of completion. This one is heavily based on a design by Primoz Mlakar.
I read about the H1 first, and only found out about the original Humvee a little later. I remember referring to the Humvee as a Hummer for a while.
I also remember feeling vaguely upset that they were replacing the Jeep with this, and disliking the Humvee as a result.
But 26 years later, they're still serving, so they must be pretty good at their jobs.
