EMD E7 windshield technique
I've been meaning to post this for a while. Here is how the windshield on my 20th Century Limited NYC E7 is done. Here you can see a 1x2 trans blue brick in the middle of the back. I used an old style black 1x2 on my actual model, but what matters is that there's no bottom tube. The brick is able to slide along the 1x2 jumper below it. This keeps the 2 middle grill tiles lined up with the ones on the top.
