33 photos from the Tea Party, Pensacola, Florida
Hello Matthew,
I attended the Tea Party held at the University Mall on North Davis
Street in Pensacola Florida. The weather was great, mid 70's with
lots of sunshine. There were (my estimate) 800-1200 people protesting
here along about two blocks of North Davis. This is a really busy
street and the Party was from 3 to 6 pm to catch the afternoon rush
hour traffic.
This is the largest group.
An anti UN protester.
I wonder if Granny ever smiles.
More of the main group.
I was almost sure they would be brewing tea.
There were a few professional signs, I wonder who paid for them.
Probably overdressed.
I'm sure she has shredded her Social Security and MediCare cards.
I want my mom's money?
Nothing like a buy 2 get 2 free promotion.
P1
Tea Party Patriots.
The birthers were here somewhere.
It's a black fellow, the only person of color in the whole crowd. He
was passing out the newsletter pictured below.
Very much the feel of a Palin rally here at the Pensacola Tea Party.
But this is the reddest area of Florida, and by golly, we are proud of
our ignorance.
This was fun, Matthew. I have another set of photos taken as I was
walking through the parking lot to my car that I will submit in a
little while. Please use anything you want out of my emails.
Regards,
