onigiri

inspired by my dear Mosaica (kisses & hugs!!), I tried to put something more into my onigiri: millet and azuki beans (and parsley and chives for the green color!). but need to figure out how to get the best from the azuki beans. I let them soak in water for 12 hours and then cooked them for more than 30 minutes, is the timing ok? and cooked the rice and millet together. still need to add more flavor! and I'm not satisfied with the color of the beans, they lost most of their dark but bright red color, sgrunt!
