Vegan gluten free bento with brown rice, carrot kinpira and lentils loaf

the lentils loaf follows a Japanese macrobiotic recipe with some changes I made due to my gluten allergy. genmai rice is sprinkled with dried daikon leaves bought in Shizuoka and seasoned with sesame oil, and covered with carrots!
