Ozone Idaho
decided to go check out this long forgotten community of Ozone .
Met some very frienldy people (the Judys)that told us all about the town ..when there was a town !...wished I would have taken notes ...
there were about 15 houses , a store and a school which was moved to Ammon and is still being used...he told us about the cemetery on the hill too..not many markers left in it ...just grass and tumbleweeds..
I took some pics of one of the last standing building there ..the barn...
we were told that people have been stealing the wood off it ..so it might not be standing much longer ! that's so sad..it was quite the barn ,very big !
