Happy Place

Sometimes we need to create a different place to re-set our feelings and emotions.... especially when we feel out of sorts, tired, fearful, angry, depressed, or worried.

 

This suggestion came from an unexpected new friend, to whom I now dedicate this image... the knowledge and wisdom shining from his Soul through his words, reminding me that I have the power to change things if only for a few minutes and then return refreshed and stronger to continue on.

 

Yes, you might be right, this abstract place is different for me, but I realized that the colors and movement were making my heart smile with joy.... that's why I called it my Happy Place.
