I've had these retainers since I got my second set of braces off when I was 15. I wear them to sleep one night a week, mainly because I'm missing two teeth on the bottom and I need to preserve the spaces (the alternative is submit to a medieval-torture sounding implant surgery that requires about 6 months to heal - no thank you!!).
