JPEG vs RAW comparison

Okay I am a convert. Here is a side-by-side low light soccer picture comparison. Left picture is captured jpeg. Right is captured RAW (NEF). Clearly the RAW format provides noticably higher fidelity photos...especially for low light. I didnt think the difference would be that noticable...now I am a convert. I did post process using Photoshop Elements 6 to reduce noise. Now I need to modify my Soccer picture workflow to more efficiently process RAW.
