One of Horizon Air's Dash-8-Q400's all dressed-up in a party paint scheme celebrating 25 successful years in business on September 1st 2006.

Since deregulation, the survival rate for start-up as well as the big established airlines has been very low, most of them have faded into the sunset (went broke).
