Rosy pink

A hidden treasure in my daughter's garden, tucked in between some massive taller yarrow plants and losing ground [literally!]. She had almost forgotten it was there, in fact. Yet it managed to put forth three blooms, which I discovered. Transplanting to a sunnier spot will be needed!

I can't remember the name of this, either.
