Birthday Balloons

A card for SSSflickrchallenge#2 Tic Tac Toe.

 

I chose the first vertical line, die cut, twine & polka dots.

 

I made an acetate card using SSS Balloons Die Set, SSS Happy Everyday Stamp Set and SSS Very Special Stamp Set.

 

I'm also entering this for Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge Anything Goes here.
