I got busted by the environmental agency here for spinning on a fly-only lake... I had no idea at the time. It took 2 landrovers full of angry Welshmen to stop me, well, only one of them was angry, he treated me like I'd been pouring toxic waste into the lake. The amazing thing was, I'd made about 3 casts with a spinner and they were there out of nowhere... I reckon they employ hawks or red kites to keep an eye out.
