Corset cake
Surprise cake for client’s girlfriend; spec was ice cream flavour (Please note, ‘ice cream’ is NOT a flavour!!); preferred colours yellow, green and orange. Decided to omit the orange for aesthetic reasons.
Base cake is vanilla/cream soda flavour. Boobs are covered with chocolate ganache and the torso with strawberry buttercream, creating a sort of ‘Neapolitan’ effect…that’s my interpretation of ‘ice cream flavour’ ;-)
